Non-negotiable terms

- No editorial input, and no platform sponsorship (Uber, Deliveroo, Amazon Flex etc. need not apply).
- CMA-compliant labelling on every slot — clear "Sponsored by" disclosure with category.
- 30-day notice on either side to terminate.
- No affiliate stacking — sponsorship is the only commercial relationship; no kickbacks layered on top.
