Deliveroo's 2025-26 pay floor works out at £12.30 an hour plus a vehicle cost allowance for estimated order time, but that is a per-order calculation, not a guaranteed hourly rate. Moped and car riders often gross slightly more but lose the extra to fuel, insurance and ULEZ. Tips in London add roughly £1 an hour in good zones. Peak is Thursday to Sunday evenings, roughly 6pm to 10pm, plus Friday and Saturday lunch.
