1. A full copy of all evidence relied on in reaching the deactivation decision.

4. Reactivation of my account pending the outcome of that review.
Please respond within **14 days**. If the deactivation amounts to a dismissal of a worker, I reserve the right to bring an Employment Tribunal claim relying on *Uber BV v Aslam [2021] UKSC 5*.
