      I am writing to formally appeal the deactivation of my account on {{deactivation_date}}.

      3. A human review of the decision by a named manager.
      4. Reactivation of my account pending the outcome of that review.
    
      Please respond within **14 days**. If the deactivation amounts to a dismissal of a worker, I reserve the right to bring an Employment Tribunal claim relying on *Uber BV v Aslam [2021] UKSC 5*.
