I am writing to request payment of holiday pay owed to me as a "worker" of Uber Britannia Ltd, in accordance with the Supreme Court judgment in *Uber BV v Aslam [2021] UKSC 5* and the Working Time Regulations 1998.
I started driving for Uber on {{start_date}}. For the period {{period_covered}}, I claim **£{{amount_claimed}}** in unpaid statutory holiday pay (calculated at 12.07% of qualifying working time).
Please confirm receipt of this claim within 14 days and provide a written response within 28 days. If the matter is not resolved, I reserve the right to bring an Employment Tribunal claim under the Working Time Regulations 1998 and the Employment Rights Act 1996.
