This tool assumes:

You are a 'worker' under the Employment Rights Act 1996 (the position confirmed for Uber drivers in Uber BV v Aslam [2021] UKSC 5).
Statutory holiday entitlement is 5.6 weeks per year, expressed as 12.07% of hours worked (5.6 ÷ 46.4) for irregular-hours workers.
All log-on time counts as working time, including waiting between trips. Engaged-time-only calculations under-count waiting time.
Holiday pay is calculated on average gross earnings across the 52-week reference period (Working Time Regulations, as amended).
ACAS early conciliation must be notified within 3 months less 1 day of the underpayment date.
