Take this with you
Dated, pre-fillable checklist + your details — ready to show a rep or solicitor.
In the next hour
- Save the termination email, screenshot everything, note the exact date and time. The date starts both the internal Deliveroo 3-month window and the ACAS clock.
- Do not open a new account with a different email. That breaches Deliveroo terms and can count as fraud.
- Pull evidence for the alleged reason. For order theft or missing orders, that means Deliveroo app screenshots of accepted and dropped times, GPS logs from your phone, photos of delivered parcels, and any restaurant messages.
- If you are a GMB member, email the Deliveroo branch immediately and ask them to log the case.
In the next week
- In the Deliveroo rider app, go to Support, find Supplier Agreement terminated / request review, and use Contact us to open a formal review.
- Write a short review request: state the allegation, explain why it is wrong, list each piece of evidence, politely ask for reinstatement and an explanation.
- If you used substitutes recently, stop. Since 17 October 2024 Deliveroo tightened substitution rules and you are fully liable for any substitute actions.
- Put a reminder in your phone for 80 days after termination. If you have a possible discrimination or union victimisation angle, speak to a union or Bates Wells / Leigh Day before that date.
